Eskalier offers returns for a full refund to the original form of payment, a store credit for sale items or an exchange for a different size or color.

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.eskalier.com, please send us a request for a return authorization within 7 days of delivery date.

All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of the request approval.

- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. We will not accept returns without the original packaging and tags.

- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.

- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

- Eskalier reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without authorization. 

- Any items purchased on sale can be returned for Store Credit only. Final sales are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange.

- We do not provide shipping labels. Eskalier is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages.
